

Mr John Lee was born in 1957. He joined the Hong Kong Police Force in 1977 as a Probationary Inspector of Police and was promoted to Deputy Commissioner of Police in 2010. He served in a variety of posts in the Force, including Assistant Commissioner (Crime), Director of Crime and Security and Deputy Commissioner (Management). He holds a Master's degree of Public Policy and Administration from Charles Sturt University in Australia.
Mr Lee was appointed Under Secretary for Security in 2012 and Secretary for Security in 2017. During his service in the Security Bureau, he was responsible for the formulation of security policies covering law and order, immigration and customs control, fire and emergency rescue services, correctional services, government flying services and other areas. He also oversaw and coordinated the work of six disciplined services departments and two auxiliary forces under the Bureau.
Mr Lee was appointed Chief Secretary for Administration in 2021. Apart from assisting the Chief Executive in policy administration, Mr Lee was also responsible for supervising the work of nine policy bureaux, harmonising the work which straddled across different bureaux and departments, as well as promoting a good relationship between the Executive Authorities and the Legislature.
Mr Lee won the Chief Executive Election of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on 8 May 2022, and was appointed as the sixth-term Chief Executive by the Central People's Government on 20 May 2022. Mr Lee assumed office on 1 July 2022.
李家超於一九五七年出生,在一九七七年加入香港警務處,任職見習督察,並在二○一○年晉升為警務處副處長。他曾任職警隊多個不同部門的崗位,包括刑事部助理處長、刑事及保安處處長,以及副處長(管理)。他擁有澳洲查理斯特大學公共政策及管理碩士學位。
李家超於二○一二年獲委任為保安局副局長,於二○一七年獲委任為保安局局長。在保安局任職期間,他負責制定保安政策,包括治安、出入境及海關管制、消防及緊急救援、懲教及飛行服務等,並負責統籌保安局轄下六個紀律部隊和兩支輔助隊伍的工作。
李家超於二○二一年獲委任為政務司司長,輔助行政長官施政,並負責督導九個決策局的工作,統籌和協調跨局、跨部門工作,以及推展行政立法關係等。
李家超於二○二二年五月八日舉行的香港特別行政區行政長官選舉中當選,並於二○二二年五月二十日獲中央人民政府任命為第六任行政長官,於二○二二年七月一日就職。


Mr Chan is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a former President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Before joining the Government, Mr Chan held a number of public service positions including member of the Legislative Council and Chairman of Legal Aid Services Council.
Mr Chan served as Secretary for Development from July 2012 to January 2017. He has been Financial Secretary since 2017.
陳茂波先生是會計師,他是香港會計師公會前任會長。
在加入政府前,陳先生曾擔任多項公職,包括立法會議員及法律援助服務局主席。
陳先生於2012年7月至2017年1月出任發展局局長,並自2017年出任財政司司長至今。


Mr Hui has been Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury since 2020. He serves on the boards of Mass Transit Railway Corporation Limited, Hong Kong Airport Authority and also as the Chairman of the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation.
He was an Administrative Officer in the Government from 1999 to 2003 and served in the Economic Development Branch, the Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in Beijing and the Home Affairs Department. After leaving the Government, Mr Hui spent 13 years at the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, having been the Managing Director for Market Development and Head of Project Management and also in various senior roles in Listing and Market Development. He worked for a number of multi-national companies in the private sector as well. He was appointed the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council from 2019 to 2020.
Mr Hui previously held a number of public roles including Councillor of the City University of Hong Kong, Member of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority Process Review Panel, Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Review Committee and also Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Disciplinary Panel.
Mr Hui holds Bachelor and Master (Hon) Degrees in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, and Master of Business Administration Degree from INSEAD. He also attended the Stanford Executive Programme (SEP).
許正宇自2020年起出任財經事務及庫務局局長。他擔任香港鐵路有限公司董事及香港機場管理局董事會成員,並為九廣鐵路公司主席。
他於1999年至2003年期間任職特區政府政務主任,曾被調派到經濟發展科,香港特區政府駐北京辦事處和民政事務總署服務。許正宇在2003年離開政府後曾在香港交易所工作達13年,出任市場發展科董事總經理兼項目管理主管,亦擔任過上市和市場發展部門不同的高級崗位;也曾在私人市場一些跨國企業就職。他於2019年至2020年出任香港金融發展局行政總監。
許正宇曾經出任不同公職,包括香港城市大學校董會、強制性公積金計劃管理局程序覆檢委員會、香港交易所上市覆核委員會,以及香港會計師公會紀律小組的成員。
許正宇持有英國牛津大學哲學、政治及經濟系榮譽學士與碩士學位,以及INSEAD工商管理碩士學位。他亦曾參與史丹福大學行政人員培訓課程。


Mr Yau assumed the post of the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development on July 1, 2022. His portfolio covers policy areas from trade, commerce to telecommunications and broadcasting, and from promotion of intellectual property and consumer protection to boosting inward investment.
Before joining the Government, Mr Yau held key managerial positions in the aviation and logistics sector. He was Chief Executive Officer of Greater Bay Airlines, and prior to this, Chief Executive Officer of Cathay Dragon, Executive Director of Cathay Pacific Board, and Director Service Delivery of Cathay Pacific. Mr Yau managed different aspects of business operations throughout his career in the private sector, and also served on various advisory bodies of the Government.
Mr Yau holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Transport and Logistics from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong.
丘先生於 2022 年 7 月 1 日出任商務及經濟發展局局長,職責範疇涵蓋商貿、電訊和廣播政策,亦包括推動保護知識產權和消費者權益的工作,以及促進外來投資。
丘先生加入政府之前,在航空及物流業出掌要職,擔任大灣區航空公司行政總裁、國泰港龍航空行政總裁、國泰航空董事會執行董事及國泰航空航空服務董事。丘先生任職私營機構期間,掌管不同範疇的業務運作,亦參與多個政府諮詢組織的工作。
丘先生獲澳洲墨爾本皇家理工大學商業(運輸及物流)學士學位,亦是香港運輸物流學會資深會員。


Mr Eddie Yue was appointed Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) from 1 October 2019. He began his career as an Administrative Officer in the Hong Kong Government in 1986. He joined the HKMA upon its establishment in 1993 and was promoted to Division Head a year later. He was appointed Executive Director in 2001 and subsequently Deputy Chief Executive in 2007 before taking up his current position.
Mr Yue has participated in numerous areas of the HKMA’s work. During his tenure as Deputy Chief Executive, he steered major policies and initiatives relating to reserves management, research, external affairs and market development. Mr Yue was also actively involved in tackling major financial crises and played an instrumental role in enhancing the Linked Exchange Rate System.
Mr Yue was educated at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Harvard Business School.
余偉文先生於2019年10月1日起出任香港金融管理局總裁。他於1986年加入香港政府為政務主任,其後於1993年加入當時新成立的金管局,一年後擢升處長。他於2001年獲委任為助理總裁,並於2007年獲委任為副總裁,直至出任現職。
余先生在金管局先後負責不同範疇的工作。任職副總裁期間,他負責儲備管理、研究事務、對外事務以及市場發展,推動了多項重要金融政策和項目。余先生積極參與了金融危機的應對工作,並在優化聯繋匯率制度的過程中擔當重要角色。
余先生畢業於香港中文大學及美國哈佛商學院。


Ms Julia Leung has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) since 1 January 2023.
Ms Leung joined the SFC in March 2015 as Executive Director of the Investment Products Division. She became Executive Director of the Intermediaries Division in June 2016 and took on the additional capacity of Deputy CEO in March 2018.
In more than 25 years of public service, Ms Leung has extensive experience in financial regulation, market development and international cooperation. Prior to joining the SFC, Ms Leung was the Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury from August 2008 to December 2013. Before that, she served at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority for 14 years, spending the last eight years as the Executive Director responsible for financial cooperation with Mainland and other international regulators. Currently, she is the Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers and a council member of the Treasury Markets Association.
Ms Leung graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and earned a master's degree from Columbia University in the City of New York. In 2014, she authored a book on how Asia has surmounted various financial crises.
梁鳳儀女士自2023年1月1日起擔任證券及期貨事務監察委員會(證監會)行政總裁。
梁女士於2015年3月加入證監會,擔任投資産品部的執行董事。其後,她於2016年6月起出任中介機構部的執行董事,並於2018年3月起兼任副行政總裁。
在超過25年的公職生涯中,梁女士一直負責金融市場監管、發展及國際合作事務,對此經驗豐富。在加入證監會前,梁女士於2008年8月至2013年12月期間出任財經事務及庫務局副局長。在此之前,她服務香港金融管理局14年,並在最後八年出任助理總裁,負責與內地及其他國際監管機構的金融合作事宜。梁女士現為香港銀行學會副會長及財資市場公會議會成員。
梁女士在香港中文大學畢業,並持有紐約哥倫比亞大學碩士學位。2014年,梁女士就亞洲如何抵禦金融危機撰寫了一本相關書籍。


Mr Cheung has been serving in the role as Chief Executive Officer of the Insurance Authority since 2018 after retiring from the civil service in 2017. Some major positions that he held include the Commissioner of Insurance (2006 to 2009), the Postmaster General (2009 to 2011), the Commissioner of Customs and Excise (2011 to 2015), and a political appointment as Secretary for the Civil Service (2015 to 2017).
At the global and regional levels, Mr Cheung is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors as well as the Chair of its Audit and Risk Committee from 2021 to 2025. He is also a member of the Asian Forum of Insurance Regulators and its Chairman from 2018 to 2023.
張先生自2018年起出任保險業監管局行政總監。他在2017年從公務員體系退休,曾擔任的重要崗位包括保險業監理專員(2006至2009年);香港郵政署署長(2009至2011年);海關關長(2011至2015年);以及獲政治任命為公務員事務局局長(2015至2017年)。
在環球及區域層面上,張先生是國際保險監督官協會執行委員會的成員,並於2021至2025年間擔任其屬下的審計及風險委員會主席。他同時也是亞洲保險監督官論壇會員,並於2018至2023年間擔任其主席。


Mr Chan was appointed the Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury on 16 August 2017.
Mr Chan has many years of senior executive experience in the banking industry. He was a Managing Director in the Global Markets Division of Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, and was a Managing Director in Financial Markets of Standard Chartered Bank.
Prior to joining the Government, Mr Chan held multiple roles in a number of public and professional bodies, including Vice President of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts, Director of Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute, Advisor of the Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society, as well as a General Committee member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Mr Chan was also a member of the Central & Western District Council.
Mr Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Hon) and Psychology from the University of Michigan, USA. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
陳浩濂由二零一七年八月十六日起出任財經事務及庫務局副局長。
陳浩濂擁有多年出任跨國銀行高級行政人員的經驗,包括曾為東方匯理銀行環球市場部董事總經理,及渣打銀行金融市場部董事總經理。
在加入政府前,他曾服務多個專業及公共機構,包括香港財經分析師學會副會長、香港證券及投資學會董事、金銀業貿易場顧問及香港總商會理事,他亦曾出任中西區區議員。
陳浩濂持有美國密歇根大學經濟學(榮譽)及心理學學士學位,並擁有特許財務分析師的資格。


Ms. Cheong joined the Government in 2017 as Political Assistant to the Secretary for Innovation and Technology and was appointed as Under Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry in July, 2022.
Before joining the Government, Ms. Cheong served as Assistant to Executive Director and Joint General Manager at a listed company, and had experience in operation and management of real estate development, cross-boundary retail, technology investment, business development and restructuring, digital transformation, investor relations, etc. In addition to profound knowledge in the business sector, Ms. Cheong has extensive public service experience including serving as a co-opted member of the Community Building Committee of the Wan Chai District Council, adviser to a think tank, etc.
張女士於2017年加入政府出任創新及科技局局長政治助理,並於2022年7月獲委任為創新科技及工業局副局長。
加入政府前,張女士曾任職上市集團執行董事兼聯席總經理助理,管理和營運集團房地產開發、跨境零售、創科投資、業務開發重組及數碼轉型、投資者關係等。除了扎實的營商經驗,張女士亦擁有豐富的公共服務經驗,包括曾任灣仔區議會社區建設委員會增選委員及智庫顧問等。


Miss Wong joined the Administrative Service in 1985. Throughout the service with the Government, Miss Wong had taken up a wide range of duties at different Bureaux and Departments, including the former City and New Territories Administration, the former Education and Manpower Branch, the Tsuen Wan District Office, the former Transport Branch, the former Housing Branch, the Wong Tai Sin District Office, the former Health and Welfare Branch (subsequently reorganised to become the former Health, Welfare and Food Bureau), the former Housing, Planning and Lands Bureau (subsequently reorganised to become the Development Bureau), and the former Food and Health Bureau. She was appointed as a Deputy Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene Department in 2018 and subsequently as the Under Secretary for Environment and Ecology in August 2022.
Miss Wong possesses a broad spectrum of experience in various areas of public administration, including food and environmental hygiene, land development, home affairs and social welfare. During her tenure as the Under Secretary for the Environment, she helped support the formulation of policies on air quality, waste management, climate actions and conservation.
黃淑嫻女士在1985年加入政務職系。在任職政府期間,黃女士曾於不同政策局及部門負責多方面的工作,當中包括前政務總署、前教育統籌科、荃灣民政事務處、前運輸科、前房屋科、黃大仙民政事務處、前衞生福利科(其後重組為前衞生福利及食物局)、前房屋及規劃地政局(其後重組為發展局)以及前食物及衞生局。她在2018年出任食物環境衞生署副署長,並在2022年8月獲委任為環境及生態局副局長。
黃女士在公共行政的各個範疇具備廣泛經驗,包括食物及環境衞生、土地發展、民政事務及社會福利。在任職環境局副局長期間,她協助支援空氣質素、廢物管理、氣候行動和保育政策的制訂工作。


Ms Alpha Lau has been Director-General of Invest Hong Kong, the government department responsible for attracting and facilitating direct investment into Hong Kong, since November 2023.
She serves on the government’s Trade and Industry Advisory Board, International Business Committee, Expert Advisory Group on Legal and Dispute Resolution Services, Air Silk Road Task Force, Hong Kong Maritime and Port Development Board, Market Development Committee of the Financial Services Development Council, Task Force on Promoting and Branding Hong Kong, Mega Events Coordination Group, Task Force on Promoting Web3 Development, and on the Task Force on External Relations.
Prior to joining the government, Ms Lau held various senior roles in multinational and Chinese financial institutions, with experience in personal wealth and corporate coverage, risk management, fintech, transactional banking and M&A project management.
Ms Lau holds Bachelor and Master (Hon.) Degrees in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, and a Certificate in further education from Tsinghua University, Beijing.
劉凱旋自二零二三年十一月出任投資推廣署署長,該署是專責為香港促進外來直接投資的政府部門。

Arthur Yuen is in charge of the full range of banking policy, supervision, conduct, and enforcement issues. He joined the HKMA in 1996 as Head of Administration and has since taken up different responsibilities including research and liaison on China economic and market development issues before being appointed Head of Banking Supervision in 2000. He took up the position as Executive Director (Banking Development) in July 2004, Executive Director (Banking Supervision) in June 2005 and Executive Director (External) in July 2008. He was appointed to his present position on 1 January 2010.
He has been playing an active role as member of the FSB Standing Committee on Supervisory and Regulatory Cooperation. He has also been a member of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision since March 2010, and a Co-Chair of the Committee’s Policy and Standards Group (“PSG”) since 2021. He also chaired the Committee’s Supervision and Implementation Group (“SIG”) from September 2018 to December 2020.
阮國恒先生於金管局負責銀行政策、監管、操守及法規事宜。阮先生在 1996年加入金管局為行政處處長,其後調任不同職位,包括負責有關中國內地經濟與市場發展的研究及聯絡工作,並在 2000 年調往銀行監理部出任處長之職。阮先生於 2004 年 7 月獲委任為銀行業拓展部助理總裁,於 2005 年 6 月出任銀行監理部助理總裁,及於 2008 年 7 月調任外事部助理總裁。阮先生於2010 年 1 月 1 日獲委任現職。

Mr Nelson Chow is responsible for developing and ensuring the stable operation of the financial market infrastructures in Hong Kong, as well as promoting the development of fintech. Since joining the HKMA in 2004, Nelson has worked in a number of functional areas, including banking development, banking supervision, banking conduct, the New York Office and the Fintech Facilitation Office. Nelson was appointed as Chief Fintech Officer in 2016 and served in the role for nearly seven years, promoting the healthy development of Hong Kong’s fintech ecosystem. Prior to taking up the current role in December 2024, Nelson was seconded to the Hong Kong FMI Services Limited as its Chief Executive Officer, maintaining the stability and operational efficiency of the financial market infrastructures under the purview of the HKMA.
周文正先生負責香港金融市場基建的發展及確保其穩定運作,以及推動金融科技的發展。周先生於二零零四年加入金管局,曾於不同的職能範疇工作,包括銀行業拓展、銀行監理、銀行操守、紐約辦事處及金融科技促進辦公室。周先生於二零一六年獲委任為首席金融科技總監,約七年來致力推動香港金融科技業穩健發展。於二零二四年十二月出任現職之前,周先生曾獲借調至香港金融基建服務有限公司出任該公司總裁,負責維持由金管局擁有及營運的金融市場基建運作穩定並具效率。


Dr Eric Yip is a member of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). He is also an Executive Director heading the Intermediaries Division, which comprises the Intermediaries Supervision and Licensing departments. The Division is primarily responsible for administering licensing requirements and conducting ongoing supervision of licensed corporations with a focus on their business conduct and financial soundness.
Dr Yip is a seasoned financial professional having in-depth knowledge of the operation and regulation of the financial markets in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Prior to joining the SFC, he held senior roles in banking, asset management and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. He began his career as a Management Consultant at McKinsey and Company.
Dr Yip sits on the SFC’s Executive Committee.
葉志衡博士是證券及期貨事務監察委員會(證監會)委員,亦是掌管中介機構部的執行董事。中介機構部由中介機構監察科及發牌科組成,主要負責執行發牌規定和持續監督持牌機構,重點監察其業務操守及財政穩健狀況。
葉博士是一名資深金融專業人員,對香港及中國內地金融市場的運作和規管有深入認識。加入證監會前,他曾在銀行和資產管理界別及香港交易及結算所有限公司出任高層。他於麥肯錫公司展開其事業,當時擔任管理顧問一職。
葉博士是證監會執行委員會委員。



Mr Enoch Fung is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance (AoF). In this capacity, he also serves as the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Institute for Monetary and Financial Research (HKIMR), which is the research arm of the AoF.
Mr Fung joined the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) in 2011, and has worked in various areas including financial stability surveillance, market development, and international financial cooperation initiatives. Mr Fung has been on secondment from the HKMA to the AoF to take up the CEO post since 2023. Prior to joining the HKMA, Mr Fung was a Senior Economist with Goldman Sachs (Asia), where he specialised in Asia-Pacific macroeconomic and investment research.
馮殷諾先生現為金融學院行政總裁,並擔任金融學院轄下負責研究工作的香港貨幣及金融研究中心的執行董事。
馮先生於2011年加入香港金融管理局(金管局),曾負責金融穩定監察、市場發展及國際金融合作事宜等的工作範疇。馮先生於2023年由金管局借調至金融學院出任行政總裁一職至今。在加入金管局前,馮先生於高盛(亞洲)任職高級經濟師,專責亞太區宏觀經濟和投資策略研究。






Ms Elizabeth Wong is a Director and Head of Fintech unit of the Intermediaries Division of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
Her work involves the formulation of the Commission’s policy on fintech matters and leading and supervising the licensing application approval process for virtual asset trading platforms, robo-advisers, virtual asset fund managers and traditional securities and asset management firms. Prior to taking up this role, Ms Wong worked in the Investment Products Division and the Intermediaries Supervision Department and played a key role in Commission-wide policy initiatives including developing and enhancing Hong Kong as an international asset management centre and introducing guidelines for regulating the sale of investment products through online distribution and advisory platforms.
Ms Wong practised as a banking and finance lawyer in Hong Kong prior to joining the Commission.
黃樂欣女士是香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會(證監會)中介機構部總監兼金融科技組主管。
黃女士的工作包括為證監會制訂金融科技方面的政策,並掌管及監督虛擬資產交易平台、機械理財顧問、虛擬資產基金經理,以及傳統證券和資產管理公司的牌照申請審批程序。在接掌此職務前,黃女士曾任職投資產品部及中介機構監察科,在證監會的整體政策措施層面上擔當關鍵角色,其中包括推動香港發展為國際資產管理中心並鞏固其地位,以及就規管透過網上分銷及投資諮詢平台銷售投資產品而制訂相關指引。

As the Global Head of Financial Services, Fintech & Sustainability at InvestHK, the department of the Hong Kong SAR Government responsible for attracting Foreign Direct Investment, Mr. Leung’s mission is to attract investment and boost job creation in the financial services, fintech, and sustainability sectors in Hong Kong. Moreover, Mr. Leung and his teams also help enrich the ecosystem and contribute to raising the long-term competitiveness and innovation of the related sectors in Hong Kong. Mr. Leung achieves this goal through collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders – policy bureaus, regulators, financial institutions, investors, fintech and sustainability companies, associations, etc. in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and other major international financial, fintech, and sustainability hubs.
Prior to joining the government, Mr. Leung had a diverse private sector background as a serial tech entrepreneur, angel investor, fintech lecturer where his first data-related startup was established through seed investment from Credit Suisse. His startup served numerous world-renowned financial institutions in wealth management, insurance, personal finance, etc. Prior to embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, King was a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton and KPMG Consulting in the US, as well as a venture capitalist at Innovate@, a technology fund jointly managed by Booz Allen & Hamilton and Lehman Brothers in the US.
King received his MBA in Finance and Strategy (honors) from the University of Chicago and BSc in Mechanical Engineering (honors) from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Mr. Michael Law is currently Senior Fintech Director at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, with responsibilities for facilitating the healthy development of the fintech ecosystem in Hong Kong. In this role, he collaborates closely with various stakeholders to advance research and development of central bank digital currencies, tokenisation, and other fintech initiatives.
Mr. Law joined the HKMA in 2009 and has worked in several key functional areas. From 2020 to 2023, he was seconded to the International Monetary Fund in Washington D.C., where he served as Advisor to the Executive Director for China. Earlier in his career, Mr. Law worked in investment management and strategy consulting in New York and Shanghai.
Mr. Law holds degrees from Peking University, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and Harvard University.

Jayne is Head of Startups at Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK), the government department responsible for attracting and retaining Foreign Direct Investment into Hong Kong. Her role at InvestHK is to attract innovative startups, investors and other stakeholders to Hong Kong, provide information and connections to support these companies setting up in the city, and help build the ecosystem to transform the city into a global hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.
Jayne graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a BSc(Hons) in Zoology. Prior to joining InvestHK, Jayne was Executive Director at a global non-profit network focused on fostering entrepreneurship. She has also worked in marketing roles at various firms, managed product development for a number of startups at Hong Kong’s first tech startup incubator, provided digital strategy consulting for corporates at a consulting firm, and produced a number of interactive programmes at 4A’s & digital agencies.

As General Manager, she drives the company's Greater Bay Area integration and global expansion strategies. Her leadership has diversified the client base beyond Mainland and Hong Kong banks to include international financial institutions.
She has established a synergistic Shenzhen-Hong Kong operational model: Shenzhen serves as the tech development hub, while Hong Kong focuses on high-end talent and compliance systems. Through organizational optimization and localization, she pioneers cross-border business models that advance the company's integration in the Greater Bay Area.







Kazimierz holds PhD in Innovation Finance from the University of Bath, UK. Kazimierz leads the Digital Channels & AI business for HSBC Hong Kong Wealth and Personal Banking division.
In his role he is accountable for all Digital Channels performance across all digital estate, mobile app development, open banking, incubation of new digital technologies and digital design.
In his role he is also responsible for development and embedding of AI technologies for the business.










Kenny Man is currently the Managing Partner of 01Fintech Limited. He has more than 20 years of extensive management consulting, operational and investment experience from a wide range of business including fintech and e-commerce companies. He has successfully built the international investment team for Alibaba.com & Ant 2 consecutive times.
Prior to founding 01Fintech, he was Ant Group’s Head of International Investment from 2015 to 2022 where he led investments into Paytm (India), Ascend Money (Thailand), Dana (Indonesia), Alipay HK (Hong Kong), TNGd (Malaysia), GCash (Philippines), bKash (Bangladesh) amongst many others. He has also been in more than 10 companies' board of director previously and have participated the journey in turning many of these companies into Unicorn status.
Prior to Ant, Kenny is a Senior Investment Director at Vision Knight Capital, a USD 800mn asset under management private equity firm. He has led the 91.com project from deal execution, supporting the Company’s listing and finally sold the company to Baidu for USD 1.9 billion. He has also been leading the 500.com deal which supports the Company to list in the NYSE.
He joined Alibaba in 2006 and established and headed Alibaba’s Overseas Investment & Acquisition team in 2009 and has previously worked in Pepsi and McKinsey & Co.

Laura is currently a Director in Temasek’s Blockchain team, which focuses on venture building and investment opportunities in the space.
She is a sponsor of Temasek’s venture studio, Menyala, supporting the development and growth of startups. Laura is also part of the founding venture teams of various start-ups initiated by Temasek –Partior, a joint venture with JP Morgan and DBS to setup a multi-currency payments network to enhance cross-border clearing and settlements as well as Affinidi, a start-up that uses decentralised technologies to develop data and self-sovereign identity solutions.

Lawrence Lam joined Prudential Hong Kong as CEO in July 2022. He leads the Hong Kong executive management team to drive growth and development and oversee operations of Prudential’s life and general insurance business in Hong Kong and Macau, covering a full suite of protection, health, wealth and investment insurance solutions as well as a comprehensive collection of general-purpose insurance products.
Prior to joining Prudential, Lawrence was the Chief Executive of Citi’s consumer bank in Hong Kong. He brings with him a wealth of experience in managing multi-channel distribution and servicing network, developing customer-centric digital ecosystem, and creating client value through segmentation and product innovation. Lawrence has held senior leadership positions at Citi, including Head of Retail Banking, Head of Sales and Distribution, and Director of Consumer Lending, and has played a critical role in building the bank’s insurance business through bancassurance partnership.
Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree from the Ivey Business School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM). As the Head of Transaction Banking and Payments for Wealth and Personal Banking, Lawrence Li oversees the FX and payments portfolio for individual retail customers. He is responsible to drive profitability and manage the end to end customer journey that facilities everyday monetary transactions. His portfolio is crucial for generating stable fee income and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
Lawrence also leads PayMe by HSBC, where he shapes its business strategy and development roadmap to focuses on unlocking the potential of PayMe to drive the bank’s digital agenda. Previously, he served as PayMe's Chief Commercial Officer, marking his first position within HSBC.
A seasoned banking professional, Lawrence brings nearly two decades of experience from Citi, where he served as the alternate chief executive of Citibank Hong Kong Limited and held various leadership roles across retail banking, wealth management, distribution, credit cards, and lending.

Maaike is an entrepreneur, board member, public speaker, change catalyst and former C-suite executive based in Hong Kong with 20 years of business leadership in financial services and technology, most recently as CEO of Visa Hong Kong and Macau.
In 2018, she co-founded and led the HK Fintech Association and the HK Women Chief Executive Network, two collectives fostering meaningful networking and collaboration.
Following her passion and her desire to close the gender gap, Maaike pivoted to women’s health and Femtech in 2023, a category of products and services that use technology to support the health and wellbeing of women.
She launched Femtech Future Limited, an advisory firm that consults to Femtech companies and MNCs from different industries. Its focus is twofold: advising on practical & pragmatic ways to integrate women’s health into the workplace and educating leaders on the topics of Femtech and Innovation in Women’s Health.

Martin Liu has over 15 years of working experience in Al industry. He is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in developing computer vision solutions and in depth knowledge in product development. Currently Martin is the Assistant Director of AI and Data, HKSTP.
Prior to this role, Martin was leading the system design and development team of an Al company in developing computer vision solutions for diamond related technology, smart retails, and facial recognition technology. He is inventor of 4 patents. He invented the reddot winner, patented diamond viewer with algorithm for viewing nano scale marking and specific 8A8H pattern on diamond.
Martin holds an Master Degree in E-Commerce and Internet Computing, and Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.








Max Rebol is CEO and Managing Partner of Harbour Industrial Capital, a Polkadot-focused VC fund. He is a prolific speaker on everything related to Web3, Venture Capital and Polkadot. Max is also co-founder of PolkaPort East, a HK based growth initiative for Polkadot, supported by the Decentralised Futures Program or the Web3 Foundation. Born and raised in Austria, he spent over 15 years in the Greater China region where he worked for an investment bank prior to discovering Bitcoin and diving into crypto full-time.

Prior to joining Zand, the seasoned banker served as Regional Chief Operations Officer Asia-Pacific at First Abu Dhabi Bank, where he setup their new franchises in China and Indonesia and expanded and restructured their operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, India and South Korea. In addition, Michael drove the digital initiatives and built alliances with fintechs and startups in Asia.
Michael has held various positions at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank including in Corporate Development (Asia Pacific), as Chief Operations Officer for Southeast Asia and Taiwan, as well as Chief Information Officer Asia Pacific (global markets). During his time, he setup and led regional and global teams to develop new global market products, established go-to-market strategies as well as put in place new country setups in four continents.
A Hong Kong national, Michael was born in Tianjin, China. Michelle Ip, CEO of AIFT Enterprise, has more than 12 years of experience in insurance and insurtech start-ups, including greenfield market entry, oversight and business development across multiple countries in ASEAN like Cambodia, Myanmar and East Asia. Michelle was previously the founding member of iFWD, the no.1 digital insurer in Hong Kong since 2015, and the co-founder of Sugar AI, a fintech startup launched in 2018 and Partnership Director at bolttech.


As Head of North Asia for Zoom, Michelle leads the continued growth and momentum in the region.
In this role, she advances Zoom’s footprint by aligning AI-first innovation with enterprise transformation strategies to help businesses of all sizes enhance productivity and collaboration. She works closely with customers and partners to understand their business priorities, focusing on driving workplace, customer experience, and industry transformation across key verticals.
With over 25 years of experience, Michelle has a proven track record of delivering strategic transformation and enhanced shareholder value across global eCommerce, digital transformation, online marketing, and AI-enabled industries. Prior to Zoom, she held various Senior leadership positions at eBay, Google and Accenture. Michelle currently serves on the Statistics Advisory Board, Census & Statistics Department for the Hong Kong SAR Government.
Michelle received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce from the University of British Columbia. She also holds an Executive MBA degree from Fudan University and a Master’s of Science in Global Finance from New York University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.




Dr. Miles Wen is CEO and co-founder of Fano Labs Limited, a spin-off company from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) that has raised multiple rounds of venture investment from renowned investors such as Horizons Ventures, Gobi Partners and Openspace Ventures. Dr. Wen specializes in information and communication technologies, optimization algorithms, big data, and machine learning and has numerous academic publications and patents. Since 2016, he has been appointed as Adjunct Assistant Professor (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) at HKU, where he takes an active role in guest lecturing on topics related to technology transfer, startups, and artificial intelligence applications.
Dr. Wen also actively contributes to the technology ecosystem. He is an active mentor at the iDendron Incubation Program at HKU, Founding Vice President of HKSTP Startups Alumni Association, EEE Industry Advisory Committee Member, School of Engineering, RMIT University, Member of Hong Kong Trade Development Council Electronics / Electrical Appliances Industries Advisory Committee, and Member of the Expert Review Panel of Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre.
Dr. Wen received his B.Eng. (CE) with First Class Honors and Ph.D. (EEE) from HKU in 2011 and 2015, respectively. He was also a Fulbright Scholar of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Metafyed, she is building a RWA marketplace that turns receivables and loans into compliant, investor-ready products, pairing verifiable data and AI-assisted credit analysis with programmatic KYC/AML, qualified custody, and ongoing disclosures. Her track record spans corporate and startup execution: launching YOOX in China, building PepsiCo China’s first digital marketing team, and serving on the founding team of MyMM backed by The Wharf, Lane Crawford Joyce Group and eCargo. Active in Web3 since 2018, she has translated enterprise-grade controls into on-chain workflows that pass audits. Outside of work, Mimi brings the same discipline to sport and community. Natasha Ardiani Hartoro is the Co-Founder and CEO of Durianpay, a next-generation B2B payments platform transforming how businesses transact across Southeast Asia. She oversees the company’s overall strategy, operations, and expansion, guiding Durianpay’s mission to unify traditional and digital financial infrastructure.
Under her leadership, Durianpay has scaled its annualized transaction volume to over $5 billion, grown revenue 4x in a year, and achieved profitability. Natasha has also secured key licenses including BPSP, payment acquiring, and remittance provider approvals, positioning Durianpay as one of Indonesia’s leading end-to-end payment service providers.
With a clear vision to bridge Web2 and Web3, she has led the company’s entry into blockchain-based settlement rails, powering real-time domestic and near-instant cross-border payments for crypto exchanges, PSPs, and B2B enterprises.
Before founding Durianpay in 2020, Natasha built a career at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations. As one of the few women leading a fintech infrastructure company in the region, she has been instrumental in shaping the evolution of Southeast Asia’s digital payments ecosystem.


Naysan Munusamy is the Co-founder of MoneyMatch, a fintech company specializing in cross-border payments. As Managing Partner of TH Capital, he also drives strategic investments in high-growth ventures. At MoneyMatch, Naysan leads product innovation, business development, and corporate strategy—applying expertise from his tenure as Executive Director at Goldman Sachs (Hong Kong) and Chief Operating Officer of pitchIN. A dual-force entrepreneur and investor, Naysan helps bridge institutional finance with next-generation fintech through operational leadership and venture capital.









Niki Ariyasinghe is a seasoned global executive passionate about the frontier of blockchain technology and its potential to spur the development of market-changing businesses.
He currently leads business development in the Asia-Pacific region and Middle East for Chainlink Labs, the world’s leading web3 services platform. Prior to it, Niki has worked for blockchain startups, R3 and Abra.
In addition, Niki also has extensive experience across banking and management consulting where he worked for ING Bank and management consulting firm Accenture Strategy respectively.
He holds an MBA degree from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business.




Nischint is the head of Digital Currencies in Asia Pacific for Visa. Based in Singapore, he oversees Visa’s digital currency business performance in Asia Pacific, including partnership strategies and developing new crypto business streams for Visa’s crypto offerings. Nischint is the subject matter expert on digital currency and web 3.0 engagements with key stakeholders such as banks, fintechs, regulators and blockchain infrastructure companies.
As part of his portfolio, he is also responsible for emerging stablecoin, CBDC and tokenized deposit products, leading Visa’s go-to-market efforts in the region. Nischint joined Visa in 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial services having worked across multiple streams through the years. Before Visa, Nischint was managing fintech partnerships at Singtel and has worked with multiple digital currency business prior to that.






Patrick Zhu is a seasoned banking professional with over two decades of experience in the financial sector.
Mr. Zhu joined HSBC China in 1999, where he was instrumental in establishing the bank’s electronic banking and cash management business. His leadership roles have spanned product development and sales. He has also held senior positions in credit and risk control within HSBC’s retail banking arms in the Philippines and Indonesia, further broadening his expertise in diverse markets.
In 2007, Patrick transitioned to ANZ, taking on senior management roles in risk control, rural banking, and cash management across various locations, including Melbourne, Chongqing, and Shanghai.
Before moving to Hong Kong, Patrick led HSBC’s Global Payments Solutions in mainland China, where he oversaw a remarkable growth period for the cash management business, solidifying HSBC's leading position among foreign banks in the region.

Pearlyn was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Singapore Life Holdings Pte. Ltd. and Singapore Life Ltd. in July 2021.
Pearlyn cut her teeth in wealth management, digital and retail banking and has amassed over three decades of experience in the financial services field. She is well-respected amongst industry peers for being a strong leader with a digital-first mindset and having an exceptional track record of leading key strategies and business transformation initiatives.
Prior to her current appointment, she held several senior executive roles in DBS Singapore and the region.
Pearlyn presently serves as an Independent and Non- Executive Director on Frasers Property Limited and sits on the board of the Housing and Development Board and the advisory board of the Singapore Management University’s Lee Kong Chian School of Business.
She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a BA in Economics and Statistics from the National University of Singapore.
